A Great Way to Give

Vehicle donations are a great way to support Peaceful Valley.  Donate your unwanted Car, Truck, Boat or Recreational Vehicle and we will sell it through EBay Giving Works.  You get a tax deduction for the fair market value and the donkeys get the benefit of your generosity.  By selling on EBay, and not using a third party, Peaceful Valley gets the full auction price of the vehicle.

Here Is How It Works

  • You mail us the Vehicle Title, a Limited Power of Attorney, a Vehicle Description Form and four pictures of the vehicle. (If you don't have a camera let us know)

  • Peaceful Valley will place the item up for auction through EBay's Giving Works program.

  • Once the item is sold and PVDR has collected the funds, the buyer will contact you to pick up the vehicle. 

  • You will receive a donation receipt where you can list the fair market value.  Your receipt will indicate a selling price of $500 or the amount the vehicle sold for, which ever is more. 

  • That's it! Everyone benefits, especially the donkeys.

A Note To Buyers

  • Peaceful Valley Donkey Rescue is not a dealer nor does it provide any warranty or guarantees on the vehicles sold.
  • Peaceful Valley relies on the knowledge and description of the vehicle donors.
  • Please ask as many questions are you need to.  We will try to answer your questions to the best of our ability.
  • Donated vehicle always need work and many may require safety items to be installed prior to being used.
  • Some vehicles require special skills and knowledge to operate.
  • All vehicles are sold as is.
  • Vehicles must be paid in full in 36 hours
  • Vehicles must be picked up by the winning bidder, at the vehicle's location within 10 calendar days from close of auction. Buyer is responsible for any storage fees beyond the 10 day period.  If the winner does not pick up the vehicle within 10 days or make arrangements, the item may be relisted and the winning monies will be forfeited.
  • The winning bidder is responsible for all taxes, license, registrations and inspections.
  • If the vehicle has been misrepresented in any way, the buyer may leave the vehicle behind and ask for a full refund.
